Earlier this week, Oppo shared the promotional poster of its upcoming Reno Ace revealing its design as well as some of the key specifications. Now the official renders of the phone have also been revealed at JD.com. Oppo will launchOppo Reno Ace smartphone on October 10 in China.
As per the listing on JD shopping portal, the Oppo Reno Ace will come in two different colour options which are called Electroacoustic Violet and Interstellar Blue. The renders show that phone will feature a waterdrop notch on the frontside of the display. The phone will have an in-display fingerprint scanner.
The rear of the Oppo Reno Ace shows that it will be equipped with a vertical quad-camera setup at the middle. The Oppo branding can also be seen at the back of the device.
Meanwhile, Shen Yiren, Vice President of Oppo has confirmed through a Weibo post that the Reno 10X Zoom smartphone is confirmed to receive ColorOS 7 update soon. Oppo Reno 10X Zoom was launched in India in May this year. The Oppo Reno 10X Zoom edition is priced at Rs 39,990 for the 6GB RAM with 128GB storage version, and the 8GB RAM with 256GB storage variant is priced at Rs 49,990.
The recent promo poster revealed that the smartphone will come with a display with a 90Hz refresh rate and it will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 Plus octa-core processor. The company has already confirmed a 90Hz refresh rate display and 65W SuperVOOC Flash Charge support for the upcoming smartphone.
The TENAA certification website revealed that Oppo Reno Ace will feature a 6.5-inch Full HD AMOLED Display with a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels. It will come with a quad-camera setup with a combination of 48MP + 13MP + 8MP + 2MP sensors. For the front, there will be a 16MP selfie camera. It will run on Android 9 and backed up by 4000mAh battery with 65W SuperVOOC Flash Charge.
The phone will be powered by a Snapdragon 855 Plus Chipset clocked at 2.96Ghz and will be coupled with 12GB of RAM and 256GB storage. There won’t be support for external storage.
Connectivity options include WiFi, Bluetooth 5.0, a 3.5mm Headphone jack, USB Type-C port and GPS. The Oppo Reno Ace will measure at 161.0 × 75.7 × 8.7 mm and weigh 200 grams.
