OnePlus has announced the launch of OnePlus Care app in association with Servify, a personal device assistance platform. This platform allows OnePlus device users to self-diagnose their smartphones and can also avail free pickup-drop service from their home or office, in case their OnePlus device need any type of damage repair. The free pickup-drop service is available across Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, New Delhi and Mumbai.
The Servify is offering 12 months complimentary accidental damage cover to all customers buying OnePlus 3 smartphones. Customers need to download the OnePlus Care app and activate the accidental damage cover plan within 30 days of purchase.
This new partnership enables OnePlus customers to keep their data safe, get proactive service alerts and also help them choose the most convenient service mode.
