Nubia Red Magic 3 spotted on Geekbench

Nubia Red Magic 3 will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 855 octa-core processor.

ZTE’s sub-brand Nubia will be launching its gaming smartphone, dubbed Nubia Red Magic 3 on April 28 in Beijing, China at the RNG eSports Center. Now ahead of the launch, the smartphone has been spotted on Geekbench website with model number NX629J revealing some of its key specifications.

As per the Geekbench listing, spotted by MySmartPrice, the smartphone will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 855 octa-core processor. The phone has 8GB of RAM and it runs 9 Pie operating system out-of-box. The phone scored 3,513 points in the single-core test and 11,309 points in the multi-core test.

In addition to the Geekbench listing, the source has also spotted the 12GB RAM variant of the Nubia Red Magic 3 on the Master Lu benchmark. The phone scored a whopping 472,947 points in the benchmark. Earlier also, an 8GB RAM variant of the smartphone was spotted on the same benchmark and scored an impressive 470,574 points.

A recent leaked to the device suggests that it will come with a display having a 90 refresh rate. Notably most phones have a of 60Hz. Recently Nubia’s CEO also revealed that the Red Magic 3 will have a hybrid cooling system that combines liquid and air cooling.

The phone will be powered by the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 processor along with Adreno 640 GPU. It will be backed by a massive 12GB of RAM. The gaming phone will be equipped with a 3,800mAh battery and there will be a 4D vibration system that will provide better haptic feedback when you are playing games.

Nubia is expected to launch the Red Magic 3 in India soon after its launch in China. Along with the phone, the company will also launch the its flexible smartwatch, Alpha and nubia pods.
