WeChat has joined hands with RailYatri, multi-modal train travel information provider, to provide its users train information on the go.
So now WeChat users can access their official account of RailYatri through WeChat itself. All you have to do is to go to the RailYatri’s WeChat account to get information about train timings, seat availability etc on the WeChat account itself (see picture).
Commenting on the announcement, Manish Rathi, chief executive officer and co-founder, RailYatri.in, said, “Today’s smartphone users seek instant information on the go and they can have that by accessing RailYatri through WeChat. In our endeavour to reach out to every train traveller, this is our next step. We needed a platform that will help us resolve travellers’ queries, problems and provide viable advises in real time.
