Motorola has today announced the launch of its new lineup of Moto G series and Moto E series. The company has introduced Moto G8 Plus, Moto G8 Play and Moto E6 Play. The company has also announced Motorola One Macro, which was launched in India for Rs 9,999.
The Moto G8 Plus is priced at Rs 13,999 and it will go on sale from the end of October on Flipkart. It comes in Cosmic Blue and Crystal Pink colours.
Moto G8 Plus
Starting with the Moto G8 Plus, the smartphone is available in two colour options Sapphire Blue and Cherry. The smartphone is equipped with a 6.3-inch Full HD+ Max Vision display with a screen resolution of 2340 x 1080 pixels. The smartphone is powered by a 1.8GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 processor. It is backed by a 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage, which can be further expanded up to 512GB via microSD card slot.
On the camera front, it is equipped with a triple-camera setup a combination of 48-megapixel primary lens with f/1.7 aperture, a 5-megapixel depth sensor and a Wide-Angle lens with 117-degree field of view. For the front, there is a 25-megapixel selfie shooter with f/2.0 aperture.
The Moto G8 Plus runs on Android 9.0 Pie and it is backed by a 4000mAh battery. On the connectivity front, you get 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, GLONASS, USB Type-C port and Dual-SIM support. The phone weighs 188 grams.
Moto G8 Play
Coming to the Moto G8 Play, the smartphone is loaded with a 6.2-inch HD+ Max Vision display with a screen resolution of 1520 x 720 pixels. The smartphone is powered by a 2.0GHz octa-core MediaTek Helio P70M processor. The phone is backed by a 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage, which can be further expanded up to 512GB via microSD card slot.
The Moto G8 Play is equipped triple-camera setup, which comes with a combination of 13-megapixel primary lens with f/2.0 aperture, an 8-megapixel wide-angle lens with 117-degree field of view and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. For the front, there is an 8-megapixel shooter for selfies and video calling.
The Moto G8 Play is backed by a 4000mAh battery and it runs on Android 9.0 Pie. The phone is available on Onyx Black and Red colour options.
Moto E6 Play
The Moto E6 Play is backed by a 5.5-inch HD+ display with a screen resolution of 1520 x 720 pixels. The smartphone is powered by a MediaTek MT6739 processor along with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. The phone is backed by a 3,000mAh battery
On the camera front, it is loaded with a single 13-megapixel rear camera and a 5-megapixel selfie shooter. The phone runs on Android 9.0 Pie and the company has added a fingerprint sensor as well.
