Motorola has today announced the launch of its latest smartphone, the Moto G6 Plus, in India. The smartphone comes with a price tag of Rs 22,499 and it is exclusively available on Amazon along with Moto Hub retail stores across the country.
The company has also introduced some launch offers with the latest smartphone. To start with, users will get up to Rs 3000 Paytm Mall cashback promo code if they go to store and shop using Paytm Mall app. Reliance Jio users will get benefits up to Rs 4,450, which will be applicable on Rs 198 and Rs 299 plans. Apart from this, Jio users will also get instant cashback vouchers worth Rs 2,200. Apart from this, customers will get Cleartrip cashback and AJIO discount vouchers worth Rs 1250 and Rs 1000 respectively. Additionally, there is no cost EMI options with Bajaj Finserv.
Jumping straight to the specifications, the Moto G6 Plus sports a 5.93-inch Full HD+ display with a screen resolution of 2160 x 1080 pixels with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. The phone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 Processor along with Adreno 508 GPU. The Moto G6 Plus is backed by a 6GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage, which can be further expanded up to 256GB via micro SD card slot.
With this price tag, the Moto G6 Plus seems to be an underdog when you compared it to the likes of Xiaomi Poco F1 or the recently-launched Vivo V11 Pro. The Poco F1 offers Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 chipset, while the Vivo V11 Pro is backed by a Snapdragon 660 chipset, which is sure better than the Snapdragon 630 present in this smartphone.

For optics, the Moto G6 Plus is equipped with a dual-camera setup, which comes with a combination of 12-megapixel primary lens with dual Autofocus pixel technology, f/1.7 aperture, 1.4-micron pixel size coupled with a 5-megapixel secondary sensor. For the front, there is a 16-megapixel shooter with LED flash.
The Moto G6 Plus comes loaded with a fingerprint sensor at the front and it features a water-repellent coating that protects the phone from splashed or light rain. The phone runs on Android 8.1 Oreo and it is backed by a 3200mAh battery with Turbo charging support. On the connectivity front, the device supports 4G VoLTE, WiFi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, GLONASS, NFC and USB Type-C port. The phone measures 160 x 75.5 x 8.0mm and weighs 167 grams.
