LinkedIn has announced a major update of its application for Android and iOS based devices. With this, LinkedIn developers are expecting a performance enhancement of between two and ten times across all features, ranging from search to reading your update stream. This makes a huge difference when you’re on the way to a meeting and need to pull up the most up-to-date information as quickly as possible.
The new update completely revamps the look and feel of the application and brings focus to four primary areas like Update, Inbox, You and Groups. This not only makes it easier for members to accomplish tasks easily but also makes it more intuitive to find what they are looking for when they download the App for the first time.
Both iPhone and Android users can now gain access to various LinkedIn groups and discussions taking place through their smartphone.
Those users, who do not want to install the dedicated application, can access LinkedIn through the mobile web version based on faster HTML5 format. These users can access LinkedIn though their mobile Browser by visiting touch.linkedin.com from their iPhone or Android device.
You can download the update linked in application from your device’s application store or can also visit the following link.
