The new LinkedIn 2.0 app is available for RIM smartphones running BlackBerry 6.0 or higher software versions. Packing a new set of features, the new LinkedIn 2.0 for BlackBerry smartphones brings a new way to access, use and connect with like-minded professionals through their mobile phones more effectively.
The new LinkedIn 2.0 for BlackBerry 6.0 and BlackBerry 7.x devices has an Updates section that consolidates details related to your new connections, job changes and posts from the stream. There is an Inbox where you can check invitations and messages in one place. The user gets to see the name and profile image of the sender and can take action on incoming invitations directly.
Just like the desktop version of the service, users will now be able to check who viewed their LinkedIn profile. The profile panel experience shows an overview, professional experience, education, and recommendations.
