Apple is good, but Samsung is better as far the customer satisfaction goes in America. This was revealed by a recent survey conducted by the University of Michigan’s American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI).
According to the ACSI report, Samsung topped the list of mobile phone vendors in America in terms of customer satisfaction with an index of 81. Apple was second with a score of 79.
It seems that Android and multiple smartphone launches by Samsung in 2014 has helped the company to improve its customer satisfaction index as compared to Apple which launched just two smartphones – Apple iPhone 6 and Apple iPhone 6 Plus.
