iBerry’s WiFi ICS tablet, AX01, launched for Rs 5,990

iBerry Auxus AX01 tablet comes with a 1 GHz Arm Cortex A8 processor, 1 GB DDR3 RAM and a dedicated GPU.

iBerry, manufacturer of low cost tablets in India, has released its third Google Ice Cream Sandwich (ICS) based WiFi-only tablet, iBerry Auxus AX01, for Rs 5,990. The company had unveiled this tablet a couple of days back.

The device is available through online retail and the retail partners of iBerry at various cities across India. The tablet comes with a one year comprehensive warranty, which will be handled by the company’s service network throughout India.

The 7 inch iBerry Auxus AX01 tablet comes with 1 GHz Arm Cortex A8 architecture based with dedicated dual Mali-400 graphics engine for speed and better graphic capabilities, and that supports Open GL 2.0 as well.

On the storage front, AX01 will have 4GB of onboard memory which can be expanded to 32 using micro SD cards. Auxus AX01 also features a mini HDMI output which is capable of handling full high definition 1080p video playback on an TV screen.

It also supports 800 x 400 resolution and has a capacitive touchscreen. Along with that the Auxus AX01 features 1 GB of DDR3 RAM, and an option to connect dongles using a mini port.
