HTC is all set to launch its next flagship device, the HTC U12+ smartphone today. Now, just ahead of official launch, has now been spotted on a GeekBench benchmarking website.

HTC is all set to launch its next flagship device, the HTC U12+ smartphone today. Now, just ahead of official launch, has now been spotted on a GeekBench website. The listing shows the specifications of the upcoming smartphone which are inline with the other leaks.

In the GeekBench listing via Slashleaks, the HTC U12+ scored 2407 points in single-core test and in multi-core test it received 8894 points. As per the listing on Geekbench, theHTC U12+ has 6GB RAM and 1.77 GHz octa-core processor. The handset is based on the 8.0.0 Oreo operating system.

Just yesterday, it was reported that HTC accidentally revealed the details of the upcoming smartphone on its very own website. The page revealed the specifications, pricing, and official renders of HTC U12+. The renders reveal that HTC U12+ will feature a bezel-less display with a notch at the top. The rear side of the device shows the dual camera setup horizontally-aligned in the center along with the LED flash. There is the fingerprint scanner at the back also with HTC branding on the center of the back panel.

As far as specs are concerned, HTC U12+ was listed with a 6-inch WQHD+ Super LCD6 display with 1440 x 2880 pixels resolution. It is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 coupled with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage and expandable up to 2TB via micro sd card slot. It is backed by a 3500mAh battery and it runs on Android 8.0 Oreo out of the box. It will also feature rating for dust and water resistance. The listing also mentions Boomsound audio.

The listing has also revealed the price of HTC U12+ to be 5888 Yuan (about $920) which is approximately Rs 62,916.
