HP Spectre x360 with 8th gen Intel Core processors launched in India

HP has today announced the launch of its latest Spectre x360 premium laptop in India. The device comes with a price tag of Rs 1,15,290 for the Core i5 model, while the Core i7 model is priced at Rs 1,57,290 and the laptop is available across all leading retail outlets and HP India online store.

The major highlight of the laptop is the sleek design and latest powerful hardware. The laptop comes loaded with a CNC machined aluminium body with angular lines and it is available in Dark Ash Silver colour with Copper accents. The device features a 13.3-inch Full HD display with a screen of 1980 x 1020 pixels along with protection.

The Spectre x360 is powered by the latest 8th generation Intel Core i7 and Core i5 processors along with Intel Graphics 620. The Core i7 model is backed by a 16GB of LPDDR3-2133 SDRAM along with 512GB of PCI NVMe M.2 SSD storage, while the Core i5 model comes with an 8GB of LPDDR3-2133 SDRAM along with 360GB of PCi NVMe M.2 SSD storage.

The laptop runs on Windows 10 Home and it also comes loaded with HP Active Pen, which is Windows Ink certified. The pen comes with an integrated USB-C rechargeable battery, that the company claims that with 15 seconds of charging it gives the user up to 198 minutes of use. On the battery front, it is backed by a 3-cell, 60 Wh polymer battery, which the company claims can deliver up to 16.5 hours with HP Fast Charge technology. The device features a full-sized island-style backlit keyboard and it features HP Imagepad with multi-touch gesture support.

For security, it comes with a fingerprint reader located on the side for easy access, HP Sure View integrated privacy screen option to eliminate visual hacking with one quick keystroke, and HP Wide Vision IR camera to log in with facial recognition. On the connectivity front, it supports 2 Thunderbolt 3 (Data Transfer up to 40 Gb/s, Power Delivery, DP1.2, HP Sleep and Charge); 1 USB 3.1 Gen 1 (HP Sleep and Charge); 1 headphone/microphone combo; 1 microSD card reader, WiFi 802.11 a/g/n/ac and 4.2.
