Vodafone India has announced the launch of “Choose Your Number†facility for its pre-paid and post-paid customers. Choose Your Number service enables both Postpaid and Prepaid customers to customize new Vodafone number of their choice. Customers can approach any of the 52 stores and 212 mini stores and over 40000 Multi Brand Outlets (MBOs), whom they are buying the new Vodafone prepaid connection, for the availability of the desired combination.
With ‘Choose Your Number’ service offered by Vodafone, the prepaid customers in Delhi & NCR can opt for numeric combinations based on their lucky number, car registration number, date of birth, anniversary or any other favourite number.
To obtain your favourite mobile number, you have to approach the nearby Vodafone retailer/store to request for the preferred number sequence. The retailer will check for the availability of the preferred number and if available the retailer will confirm the process and then the customer needs to deposit the requisite documents for activation.
