After working for almost 6 months, Haptik, India’s leading personal assistant app and conversational commerce platform, today launched version 5.0 of the app. The company claims that the new version is almost a relaunch and is developed out of learnings from over 2 million users. Further, based on the new added features to the app, the company also claims that Haptik is the highest rated app in India as of December 2016. With over 75,000 reviews, the app boasts an average rating of 4.55.
For those who don’t know, Haptic is a chat-based app which helps users perform daily tasks as well as facilitate multiple end-to-end transactions on a single platform. Coming to what this app can do, Haptik 5.0 comes with a feature called SmartWallet which allows users to complete a commercial transaction just with a single tap without even leaving the chat interface.
Moreover, with the new version, the app has also expanded its partner portfolio to over 25 category-leading brands including include Uber, Zomato, BookMyShow, Goibibo, Cleartrip and UrbanClap etc. Further, the app also comes with a ‘Genius Mode’ which is powered by AI (Artificial Intelligence). Basically, this feature will pop up services and offerings based on your personality and transaction history on the app.
Apart from the services mentioned above, Haptik can also take requests for services like travel bookings, movie tickets, cabs, restaurant reservation, repair services etc. Not only this, the app can also remind you via an automated call for day-to-day activities.
