Google has announced to release the Google+ app for the tablets at the on-going Google I/O Event in San Francisco, US. Apparently, the tablet Google+ app version will be released for the iOS based iPad tablet and Android based tablets. Bearing a new navigation system for the tablets, the Google+ for the Android tablets is already available for download.
Google+ Social Network has been finally optimized for the tablets – Android based and iPad. Google+ app for Android tablets is already available and brings new magazine style user interface. In the landscape mode the posts are clubbed together and one can simple swipe down to up to scroll between the popular ones.
The Google+ app for the Android tablets tailors the content to appear in magazine style format and makes it easily readable. At the Google I/O, Google confirmed that the Google+ for the iPad tablet has been submitted for approval and should be out in couple of weeks. The Google+ app has also been optimized for the new iPad with Retina display.
With the tablet optimized Google+ app, Google aims to capture more tablet-savvy audience on to the social network. But the real question is- are people really moving to the Google+ instead of using Facebook?
