Fitbit Versa 2 smartwatch launched in India at Rs 20,999

Fitbit Versa 2 comes with a square-shaped AMOLED display which is always-on for a glance at any given time to check workout progress, time and battery.

Fitbit has launched the Versa 2 smartwatch along with the Fitbit Premium subscription-based fitness service in India. The smartwatch is priced at Rs 20,999 and is available across offline retailers such as Croma, Helios, Landmark, and Reliance Digital. It is also available on Amazon India.

The Fitbit Premium is available at Rs 819 per month and Rs 6,999 per year. It is a paid subscription service in the Fitbit that uses unique data to deliver Fitbit’s most personalised experience with actionable guidance and coaching to help one achieve health and fitness goals.

The company has also launched the Fitbit Versa 2 Special Edition at Rs 22,999 in navy, pink with a copper rose aluminum case and smoke with a mist grey case. Fitbit Versa 2 will be available in Black with a Carbon case, Petal with a Copper Rose aluminium case, and Stone with a Mist Grey case.

Fitbit Versa 2 comes with a square-shaped which is always-on for a glance at any given time to check workout progress, time and battery. The smartwatch is enabled with an optical heart rate monitor, a 3-axis accelerometer, Relative SpO2 sensor for detecting blood oxygen levels, an altimeter and an ambient light sensor.

There’s an inbuilt microphone and the watch comes with onboard storage that lets users keep songs locally. The device also offers to stream and download through Spotify. It comes with 5-day battery life and comes with a smart wake feature wakes users up ay an optimal time of your sleep cycle using machine learning.

The smartwatch comes with 15+ Exercise Modes and can be used for running and swimming. For connectivity, the Versa 2 offers 4.0 LE, NFC, and WiFi. The watch can keep track of location during activity, REM sleep stages, continuous heart rate tracking through PurePulse.
