EA has reduced the size of the game to 100 MB to reach maximum downloads across the globe.
Two weeks ago, EA Sports released FIFA 17 for different platforms. Today, it has released the mobile version of the famous game across different platforms such as Android, iOS and Windows Phone with different names apparently. Shockingly, Android users haven't had best of the time with the game with highly negative reviews on the Google Play store.
EA has reduced the size of the game to 100 MB to reach maximum downloads across the globe. However, the game will not be released in China for some unknown reason. The mobile version of FIFA 17 has 30 leagues in total with 650 clubs and over 16,000 footballers.
Senior producer at EA, Todd Batty said in a statement, "When developing FIFA Mobile, we focused on giving players the most exciting parts of football in quick and fun bursts while prioritising gameplay and engaging, new ways to play FIFA on-the-go. This meant building a game that was optimised for the mobile player resulting in a fun and social game that loads quickly, runs smoothly on a wider range of devices, and has a small download size relative to the depth of features and content in the game."
Housing most of the features from Console/PC Platform, the mobile version also comes with some unique modes. For example, the all new 'Attack-Mode' which is new turn-based, asynchronous multiplayer mode that helps you attack like a pro. Different scenarios are given to users to score which in turn helps them to win over their opponents. Another feature or mode is the 'Leagues' where one can create or join a league with up to 32 player in total. You can challenge other leagues in FIFA tournaments, participate in inter-league championships etc. The last feature which is included in the FIFA 17 Mobile version is Plans which lets you get better items through in-game rewards. The famous Ultimate Team mode has also seen a over haul.
The game is expected to get updated over the time according to the events happening in real world of football.
