Dell has launched its latest Windows 10 tablet, the Dell Venue 8 Pro 5000, in the United States. The tablet will succeed the Dell Venue 8 Pro which was launched way back in 2013. The tablet can be purchased from company’s official website for $449 (approximately Rs 30,603).

Dell Venue 8 Pro 5000 features an 8-inch full-HD (WUXGA 1920 x 1200p) display and is powered by a 2.24 GHz quad-core Intel Atom x5-Z8500 processor which is paired with 4GB RAM and Intel Graphics. The tablet runs on Windows 10 Pro operating system and comes packed with a 19.5WHr Lithium-Ion battery.

Dell Venue 8 Pro 5000 comes with 64GB of eMMC hard drive, which is further expandable up-to 128GB via a card. The tablet sports a 5-megapixel rear camera and a 2-megapixel front camera. On the connectivity front, the tablet offers USB Type C, NFC, WiFi (802.11 AC), Miracast and 4.0. The tablet measures 216x130x9.45 mm and weighs 377.1 grams. Dell Active Pen is optional and can be purchased at the cost of $44.99 (about Rs 3,062 approximately).
