DataWind launches its first Intel powered Tablet PC i3G7 at Rs 5,999

The tablet offers voice calling functionality as well.

DataWind announced the launch of its first Intel powered Tablet PC, which is named as DataWind Tablet PC i3G7. The tablet is priced at Rs 5,999. The company is also offering free Internet browsing for one year with Reliance Communications on prepaid GSM cards. The tablet offers voice calling functionality as well.

DataWind Tablet PC i3G7 features a 7-inch display and is powered by a 1.2 GHz Intel Quad Core X3 64 bit processor. The tablet comes with 8GB of built-in storage, which can be futher expandable up-to 32GB via micro card. It claims to offer talk time of up-to 4 hours and standby time of up-to 5 days. It also features playback and comes with the DataWind web delivery technology that offers high speed Internet browsing at the lowest data costs possible.

Besides, the tablet offers an Lollipop 5.1 operating system, via SIM, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and Micro-USB connectivity options.
