Coolpad launched Cool Play 6 in India last year for Rs 14,999. Alongside, the company also announced Mega 4A which was scheduled to launch in India last year only but was not launched. Now Coolpad has finally launched the Coolpad Mega 4A in India for Rs 5,999. The smartphone is an offline exclusive model and is available at retail stores across the country.
Coolpad has announced the launch of Mega 4A via its official Twitter handle. The company has posted a teaser image for the smartphone revealing only quite a few of its specifications. Full specifications of Coolpad Mega 4A are unknown at the moment.

As per the teaser image, the Mega 4A sports a 5-inch HD display and sports 16GB of internal storage, which can be expanded up to 32GB via microSD card. The Dual-SIM based Coolpad Mega 4A smartphone runs on Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box.
Coolpad has not launched any smartphone in India after launching Coolpad Note 5 Lite new variant with 3GB RAM and 32GB storage for Rs 8,199 last year in November.
Earlier this year, Coolpad slashed the price of its Cool 1, Coolpad Note 5 and Coolpad Note 5 Lite smartphones. The Cool 1 3GB variant got a price cut of Rs 4,000 after which it was made available for Rs 7,999, while the 4GB variant got a Rs 6,000 discounts and was then available for purchase at Rs 8,999. Coolpad Note 5 and Note 5 Lite were also made available for a discounted price of Rs 7,999 and Rs 5,999 respectively.
