Bose SoundLink Micro and SoundSport Free launched in India, price starts at Rs 8,990

Both of them come in Black, Midnight Blue and Bright Orange colour options.

Bose has today announced the launch of new SoundSport Free wireless headphones and SoundLink Micro speaker in India. The wireless headphones come with a price tag of Rs 18,990, while the SoundLink Micro Bluetooth speaker comes with a price tag of Rs 8,990. Both the devices will be available on Bose retail stores, Bose India website and Amazon starting from February 07, 2018 and both of them come in Black, Midnight Blue and Bright Orange colour options.

Starting with the SoundSport Free wireless headphones, the company says that it comes loaded with a new system to maintain a strong and reliable connection between each other. The headphones come with Bose digital signal processing, volume optimized EQ and it is backed by a rechargeable lithium-ion battery that delivers up to 5 hours of music playback.

The wireless headphones come with StayHear+ Sports tips to firm grip that comfortable to wear for hours, claims company. The headphones come with IPX4 certification making them water and sweat resistance. SoundSport Free headphones have a device connect range of up to 9 metres.

The comes with a charging case that magnetically holds each earbud in place. It also provides two additional full charges for up to 10 more hours of battery life. When not stowed away, a new “Find My Buds” feature on the Bose Connect displays the last time and place they were used to locate them quickly.

Bose SoundLink Micro

Coming to the SoundLink Micro Bluetooth speaker, it is termed as smallest, rugged and portable speaker from the company. The speaker measures9.5cms wide and deep, 3.8cms high, and weighs a mere 290 grams, making it one of the lightest and compact speakers in the market. The Micro comes loaded with a new custom transducer, miniature dual-passive radiators, and a rechargeable lithium-ion battery. The speaker delivers up to 6 hours music playback as well.

The Bluetooth speaker is IPX7 rated making it water and dust resistance and the company says that it can withstand soapy water, chlorinated water, and salt water. There is a silicone exterior that protects the speaker from scratches, dents, cracks, hits, falls, dust, dirt and sand. Then there is durable strap attaches easily to bags, backpacks, bikes, coolers, and other gear.

It has an integrated speakerphone, and a multi-purpose button to take calls, make them, and access your VPA with one push. When used with the Bose Connect app, it can sync with other SoundLink speakers for Stereo Mode (left-right channel) or Party Mode (to play music simultaneously).
