Bharti Airtel has today announced #AirtelThanks feature that will offer exclusive benefits to its users. Under this initiative, Airtel mobile and home Broadband customers will get access to exclusive deals and offers.
Airtel mobile customers who commit a month ARPU of Rs 100 and above will additional benefits at no extra charge. The brand has revealed that the higher the monthly ARPU commitment, the more benefits a customer gets. Further, users will get benefits in the form of premium digital content, offers on smartphones and online shopping vouchers.
This is not it. Airtel Thanks customers will get red carpet customer care for service and network related issues. The benefits can be availed through theMyAirtel app, Airtel TV and Wynk Music. Customers will receive regular offer updates round the year under the newly created #AirtelThanks section on MyAirtel App and Airtel TV.
Briefing some #AirtelThanks offer, mobile postpaid customers who have Infinity plans of Rs 499 and above will get three months of Netflix subscription worth Rs 1500 for free. Existing Netflix subscribers will also be eligible for this gift and will receive a credit of Rs. 1500 in their Netflix account. Further, all Airtel postpaid and prepaid users with month ARPU of Rs 199 and above will get complimentary access to premium content of ZEE5.
Moving to smartphone deals, during Flipkart’s Big Billion Day sale, Airtel Prepaid customers can get benefits of up to Rs. 4500 plus 100 GB bonus data on all Flipkart exclusive smartphones as part of #AirtelThanks programme. The offer will be available to customers who have or will recharge with an unlimited bundled pack of Rs. 199, Rs. 249 or Rs. 448. Airtel will soon announce #AirtelThanks benefits for its ‘V-Fiber’ Home Broadband customers as well.
