Asus has announced the launch of two new gaming laptops in India, dubbed as TUF FX505DT and TUF FX705DT. Different variants of FX505DT and FX705DT with GTX1650 are available online and offline, the prices range from Rs 64,990.
The major highlights of the new gaming laptops are the new AMD Ryzen 5 3550H Processor with Radeon Vega Mobile Gfx. The Chipset comes with four cores and eight threads. The TUF Gaming FX505DT gaming laptop equips a 15.6-inch Full HD display with a screen Resolution of 2160 x 1080 pixels. The display features a 120Hz screen refresh rate. The TUF Gaming FX705DT is equipped with a 17.3-inch Full HD display with 60Hz refresh rate.
THe FX505DT is powered by up to 32GB of DDR4 2666 MHz RAM while the FX705DT is powered by up to 32GB of DDR4 2400 MHz RAM. THe FX505DT comes with up to 256GB SSD + 1TB SSHD storage, while the FX705DT features a 512GB SSD + 1TB SSHD storage.
Both the gaming laptops are equipped with a red backlit keyboard with numberpad. Both of them runs on Windows 10. The FX505DT is equipped with NVIDIA Geforce GTX1050 with 3G GDDR5 VRAM graphics card while the other has NVIDIA Geforce GTX1650 with 4G GDDR5 VRAM graphics card.
In terms of ports, both of them feature two USB 3.0, one USB 2.0, one HDMI 2.0, one RJ-45 jack and one 3.5mm Headphone and microphone jack combo. TheTUF Gaming FX505DT features a 48Whr, 3-cell Li-Ion battery, while the FX705DT is equipped with a 64Whr, 4-cell Li-ion battery.
The FX505DT measures 36.04(W) x 26.2(D) x 2.675/2.58 (H) cm and it weighs 2.2 kg. The FX705DT measures 39.9(W) x 27.9(D) x 2.66 (H) cm and it weighs 2.7 kg
