ASUS Eee Pad Transformer tablet gets Android 3.2.1 Honeycomb update

Number of bug fixes claim to improve the browser performance and also bring a new Supernote feature.

ASUS has released a new Google Android 3.2.1 Honeycomb update for its Eee Pad Transformer tablet. The new update brings a new Supernote feature along with the support for couple of languages meant for translation and bunch of other improvements.

The Transformer got the new Android 3.2.1 Honeycomb 8.6.5.13 build version and the update is rolling out over the air. The roll out may take a while for Indian ASUS Transformer owners to get update on their tablets.

The Android 3.2.1 Honeycomb update brings a new Supernote feature. Apart from that there is a translation support for Farsi IME and more language translation in the ASUS app. The Polaris Office and ASUS WebStorage get updated as well.

The web browser gets important bug fixes for force-close and also against Flash performance. The WiFi issues seems to have received a fix and a number of security enhancements are added.

ASUS Eee Pad Transformer is available in India in for about Rs 30,500 (WiFi only) and we expect the new WiFi+3G model to hit Indian shores soon.
