Alleged Meizu PRo 7 render image surface online, looks similar to Samsung’s Galaxy S8

Meizu Pro 7 is likely to have a 12-megapixel rear camera with Sony IMX362 CMOS sensor.

The Meizu Pro 7 has now been continuously in leaks for quite some time now. Now a couple of alleged Meizu Pro 7 renders have surfaced online. Recently a Meizu smartphone which was alleged to be Meizu Pro 7 surfaced online revealing dual rear camera setup for the device. But later on, that device was found to be Meizu X2 instead.

The images show that in terms of design, Meizu Pro 7 looks quite similar to the Pro 6S and Pro 6 Plus but it comes with a large display which almost covers the entire screen. The leaked render resembles more like Samsung’s newest Galaxy S8 with no bezels on the sides with the least symmetrical kind of bezels on the top and bottom.

Meizu Pro 7

The phone has a ring type flash above its camera on the back with Meizu branding over it. The volume rocker and power are all placed on the right. The smartphone doesn’t have a physical home button on the front, as per the leaked image.

Earlier, Company VP, Li Nan said that Meizu will not release a bezel-less smartphone in 2017. But despite that Meizu PRO 7 renders have leaked with no bezels on the sides. We assume that this may be just a concept render of the Pro 7.

As per earlier rumours, Meizu Pro 7 will be featuring 5.2 QHD (2560 x 1440) display or 5.7-inch display with resolution and AOD display resolution technology. It will run on 7.0 Nougat-based Flyme OS. The smartphone is said to come with 4GB/6GB and 64GB/128GB internal storage. It will be backed up by a 3000mAh/3500mAh battery with Meizu’s mCharge fast charge technology. The smartphone will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 or Helio X30 processor. It is likely to have a 12-megapixel rear camera with Sony IMX362 CMOS sensor.
