Airtel launches Rs 219 prepaid plan offering 1.4GB data per day and Hello Tune benefit

The new plan is an upgrade over the existing Rs 199 plan with an added benefit of Hello Tune.

Bharti Airtel has announced a new tariff plan for its customers and to compete with other telecom operators with the launch of Rs 219 plan. The new plan is an upgrade over the existing Rs 199 plan. It offers all the same benefits as Rs 199 plan, but it comes with an added benefit of Hello Tune.

The Rs 219 plan offers 1.4GB of 4G/3G data and it comes with a validity of 28 days. So in total, you get a total of 39.2GB data. Apart from that, the plan also offers unlimited voice calls (local+STD), unlimited incoming calls and 100 per day. Furthermore, it also comes with an option to choose unlimited Airtel Hello Tunes offering Airtel Hello Tune subscription for 28 days.

Currently, Airtel offers two separate plans for Hello Tune subscription plans of Rs 36 and Rs 146. The Rs 36 plan gives Hello Tune subscription for 28 days, whereas the Rs 146 plan offers the same for 180 days.

Airtel recently revised its two prepaid packs of Rs 549 and Rs 749. Both the plans now offer more data benefits. The Rs 549 plan now offers 3.5GB of per day data for a period of 28 days while the Rs 799 plan is now offering 4GB of per day data for 28 days. Earlier, Rs 549 plan used to offer of 3GB data for the same 28 days and Rs 799 plan was offering 3.5GB of 4G data per day with a validity of 28 days.

The Rs 549 plan now offers a total of 98GB of 3G/4G data for a period of 28 days. Apart from this, it offers unlimited local, STD and roaming facilities. You can also send 100 SMSes per day. The Rs 799 plan now offers a total of 112GBs of 3G/4G data for a period of 28 days. It also offers unlimited local and STD calls along with 100 SMSes. However, the brand has put a daily cap of 250 minutes and a weekly cap of 1000 minutes. Additionally, outgoing and incoming is free on national roaming.
