Adobe updates Flash Player, AIR for Android

Software developer Adobe has released important updates for its Flash Player 11 and AIR (Adobe Integrated Runtime) for smartphones.

Adobe Flash Player 11 and AIR 3.1 update brings support for all new Android 4.0 devices such as Galaxy Nexus, select Nexus S and other tablets that embraced the ICS update recently. The new update for Flash Player 11 and AIR 3.1 addresses the “green screen” issue of Android 4.0 devices as well.

Adobe Flash Player is necessary to watch videos and other web elements that are based on Flash content while Adobe AIR allows running specific applications smoothly on Android platform.
