2018 Hyundai Creta facelift to launch in India next week

It will available in three motor variants same as the current model, including the 1.6-Litre Petrol (123 hp), 1.4-litre diesel (90 hp), 1.6-litre diesel (128 hp). For transmission, the engines are mated to a 6-speed manual gearbox, while the 1.6-litre motors are also available in an automatic transmission as well.

India’s one of the leading car manufacturer, Hyundai is all set to unveil its 2018 Creta SUV next week in the country. Similar to the previous model, the facelift will be rivalling against the Maruti Suzuki S-Cross, Nissan Terrano and the Renault Duster in the Indian market. It is worth noting, the car is expected to price range between Rs 9.29 lakh to Rs 14.6 lakh (ex-showroom) and one can book their 2018 edition at the Hyundai dealership, which is expected to deliver in late May or early June.

The facelift edition features a heavier looking hexagonal grille supported by three chrome-lined outer grills, an updated bumper at front and rear. Further, the Creta will be available in monotone as well as dual-tone colour paint-job. Other than this, dual airbags and ABS will now be standard across all the variants.

As far as specifications are concerned, the machine will available in three engine variants same as the current model, including the 1.6-Litre Petrol (123 hp), 1.4-litre diesel (90 hp) and the 1.6-litre diesel (128 hp). Meanwhile, the top variant SX (O) will be featuring six airbags, a powered sunroof, wireless phone charging, Advanced Supervision Cluster, FATC with cluster ionizer, sliding front armrest, leather seats, rear AC vents, smart key with push-button start, sunglass holder, 60:40 split rear seats, a six-way adjustable powered driver’s seat, cruise control, an AVN infotainment system with an IPS display, 17-inch alloy wheels and DRLs.
