Reliance Jio now has a serious competitor – a start up that is now offering insane amount of data at really dirt cheap prices.
The start up, named as WiFi Dabba, is offering as much as 1 GB data at just Rs 20. For Rs 2 and Rs 10, you can get 100 MB and 500 MB of data respectively. All this plans come with 24 hours of validity.
On the other hand, Jio offers just 150 MB data at Rs 19 to its prepaid users and 1.05 GB of data at rs 52.
Currently the company is based on Bangalore.
“We’re a new kind of network. The high speed kind of network. We’re going to provide insanely cheap wifi across Bangalore city,” says the company.
“The government’s not gonna do it, the big companies shouldn’t be allowed to do it. It’s up to you and we to just do it,” it further added.
As reported, the company offers 50 Mbps in a radius of 100-200 metres.
It is said to have 350 routers installed all across the IT city and 1800 more are said to be in pipeline.
