The Lenovo Tab4 8 Plus tablet which was launched this year at the Mobile World Congress event has now been spotted on GFXBench benchmarking website with the Android Nougat 7.1.1 operating system. This simply implies that the company is, perhaps, testing the latest software and may release the same for the devices soon.
The specs in the GFX listings are the same which were revealed at the launch time except now it shows Android 7.1.1 Nougat in the Operating System section. The device was originally launched with Android 7.0 Nougat operating system.
Naming the specs, the Tab 4 8 Plus come with a glass design both at the front and back with a layer of protective glass, which combines with its ultra-slim and light profile-between 7.15mm and 8.4mm in thickness for stunning aesthetics. On the inside, the Tab 4 8 Plus features a 64-bit Octa-Core 2.0GHz Qualcomm MSM8953 Snapdragon 625 processor, featuring up to 4GB RAM and 64GB storage. We also get USB Type-C, a fingerprint quick-login, Quick Charge 3.0. On the camera front, the Tab 4 8 Plus has 8-megapixel Autofocus primary camera with LED flash and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. It is backed up by a 4850 mAh non-removable battery.
The Tab 4 8 Plus was announced in Sparkling White or Aurora Black colour options and is priced at €259 (approximately Rs 18,000). The tablet will globally start selling this May on Lenovo’s official website and partner stores all around the world.
