Xiaomi is reportedly working on the next-generation of its famous Mi Mix 2 device and it could be the first to sport the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor. Now, the smartphone has been spotted on famous AnTuTu benchmarking website, revealing some key information about the performance of the Mi Mix 2s.
The listing reveals that the smartphone will becodenamed as ‘Polaris’, which is in line with the previous report that suggested the same name for the Mi Mix 2s. The AnTuTu listing reveals that the smartphone has scored 27,0461 points. To give you some more perspective, the latest version of AnTuTu has been used for the test. The scores show that the smartphone could easily kill the competition with some high-level performance.
The Huawei Mate 10 Pro running on the latest Kirin 960 chipset received a score of 218,000 on the very same version, is one example that the upcoming smartphone could be a power house. However, like any other leaks and rumours, there is no way to authenticate this information and it still not clear that Polaris is a codename for Xiaomi Mi Mix 2s. So, we suggest you take this report with a grain of salt.
To recollect some previous rumours, the smartphone is rumoured to sport a 12-megapixel dual camera setup on its back. Also, the display aspect ratio is expected to be 19:5:9 and not the traditional 18:9 aspect ratio. However, there’s no information on the display size though. It is also said that the phone will carry a price tag of around Yuan 3000 in China.
