Xiaomi will be launching its new camera-centric CC series of smartphones including Mi CC9 and Mi CC9e on July 2 in China. Now ahead of the launch, the company has now confirmed two key specifications of the Mi CC9 smartphone.
Xiaomi on the Chinese social networking site Weibo, has confirmed that the Mi CC9 will be equipped with a 32-megapixel selfie camera. The post says that the camera will “restore the natural skin texture” and will “record the beauty of each moment”.
Xiaomi has also shared selfie images of its female employees on Weibo to show the selfie camera shots of the Mi CC9 smartphone. In addition to that, a newer Weibo post has also revealed that the phone will have a 48-megapixel Sony primary camera at the rear.
As for the variants and pricing, the Xiaomi Mi CC9 will come in three variants – 6GB RAM with 128GB of storage with a price tag of Yuan 2599, the 8GB RAM with 128GB of storage will be priced at Yuan 2799 and 8GB RAM with 256GB of storage will cost Yuan 3099.
The phone will be featuring a 6.39-inch full-HD+ (1080×2340 pixels) AMOLED display. It is tipped to be powered by the Snapdragon 730 SoC and pack a 4,000mAh battery as well with 27W Fast charging support. The phone will have a 32-megapixel front camera along with a triple rear camera setup of 48-megapixel Sony IMX586 sensor, a 16-megapixel secondary lens, and a 12-megapixel third sensor. It will come with an on-screen fingerprint sensor, IR Blaster, USB Type-C port, and Hi-Res audio support as well.
