Xiaomi has announced the launch of anew smartwatch, especially meant for children. Dubbed as Mi Bunny Children Watch 3, the device comes with a price tag of 599 yuan and it is available in China on JD, Tmall, Suning and company’s official online store. The watch comes loaded in two colour options Blue and Pink.
The successor of Mi Bunny Children Watch 2c comes with ahost of interesting features. To start with, it features dual 4G LTE support and there is a nano SIM slot as well. This allows to make a call and send a voice message at the same time.
The smartwatch is quite lightweight with just 51 grams. The device features a 1.41-inch AMOLED Display with a screen resolution of 320 x 360 pixels. The screen is protected with 2.5D curved glass along with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. The watch also packs a 2MP HD camera with 30-degree viewing angle and it has the ability to identify plants to help in the child’s learning process.
The watch can be also paired with a dedicated app, which can be used to locate the child’s exact location. This will help parents to ensure child safety as the App offers a setting where the parents will be notified if the kid goes out of a preset safety zone. On the battery front, it offers 30 hours of charges and can be charged in 50 minutes.
Further, the smartwatch features GPS, Beidou, WiFi, EPO, HotStill, gravity sensor and more. The device features IPX7 certification making it waterproof and it comes with food contact-grade material, which is comfortable to wear.
