Chinese handset vendor, Xiaomi is reportedly working on two smartphones with the Snapdragon 670 system on chip.
According to a tweet by Mishaal Rahman, who is the editor-in-chief of at XDA Developers, the Xiaomi phones are named as Sirius and Comet.
He also claimed that the Snapdragon 670 will have an octa core processor.
The purported Xiaomi smartphones are expected to be the successor of Mi Note 3 and Mi Max 2 and thus could be launched as Mi Note 4 and Mi Max 3 respectively.
Coming to the Snapdragon processor, there have been a lot of leaks and speculations about it in the past. It is expected to be manufactured using Samsung’s 10nm LPP processor, which is found in Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 and Samsung Exynos 8895 processors.
But all these are just rumours and we may see more of these in coming times. So stay tuned.
