Xiaomi Black Shark 2 is confirmed to launch in India on May 27. Now a new teaser on Flipkart has confirmed that the phone will be sold on its the e-commerce website in India.
Flipkart has announced the launch of its new Flipkart EDGE program where the company will list all flagship phones and premium phone from various brands. As for the promotion, Flipkart has posted a teaser online with brands like Oppo, Samsung, Asus, Lenovo, Nubia, Meizu, Google and Xiaomi Black Shark 2.
In China, the Xiaomi Black Shark 2 is priced at 3199 yuan (approx. Rs 32,800) for the 6GB RAM + 128GB storage version, while the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage option is priced at 3499 yuan (approx. Rs 35,800). The 8GB RAM + 256GB storage model is priced at 3799 yuan (approx. Rs 38,850), while the top-end model is priced at 4199 Yuan (approx. Rs 43,000), which comes with a 12GB RAM and 256GB storage.
Looking at the Black Shark 2 specs, the device features a 6.39-inch Full HD+ display with a screen resolution of 2340 x 1080 pixels along with 19.5:9 aspect ratio, 108.9% DCI+P3 colour gamut and 430 nits brightness. Under the hood, the gaming phone is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 Processor along with Adreno 640 GPU.
The phone features Liquid Cooling 3.0, which includes a liquid-cooled plate along with liquid-cooled tube that cover all the heat-generating components of the CPU. This brings down the core temperature by up to 14-degree C. There is an X-style Antenna that provides better reception along with hidden press sensitive buttons for the display. There is a RGB logo at the back panel and there is an in-display fingerprint sensor as well.
The Black Shark 2 is backed up to 12GB of RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage. It has a 4000mAh battery with 27W Fast charging support and runs on Android 9.0 Pie. On the camera front, it is equipped with a dual-camera setup, which comes with a combination of 48-megapixel primary lens with f/1.75 aperture, 0.8-micron Pixel size along with a 12-megapixel telephoto lens with f/2.2 aperture, 1.0-micron pixel size, 2x lossless zoom and LED flash. For selfies, the phone has a 20-megapixel front camera with f/2.0 aperture.
