Vodafone has today announced that it will be introduced a host of new features with its RED postpaid plans. The brand is offering mobile insurance, international calling benefits, Amazon Prime and Netflix subscriptions along with RED together and much interesting ‘lowest bill guarantee’ feature.
Starting with the ‘lowest bill guarantee’ feature, Vodafone says that this feature automatically check users usage after bill generation every month and compares the bill against company’s best RED plans. If it finds a lower bill on any other plan, the company will credit back the difference as savings in the next bill without prompting users to change the plan. Users need to activate this feature either from the MyVodafone application or the company’s website. Further, the saving generated will be credited to the subscriber within 7 days of bill generation.
The saving can be used to reduce the amount from the next bill. However, it is important to note that the service is not valid in Bihar, Andhra Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, and Himachal Pradesh.
Apart from this, RED postpaid users can bring different postpaid plans under one roof with RED Together. The company is offering savings up to 20 per cent on total rentals. Users will also get one-year of Amazon Prime subscription at no additional cost and users can also enjoy Vodafone Play free for 12 months.
Users will also get complimentary mobile insurance to the customers choosing RED Entertainment+ plans and above. This free-for-life-solution enables consumers to protect their smartphones from any physical or liquid damages, Virus and malware and offers an extended warranty. Consumers can change the handset any number of times and register the new device to continue enjoying complimentary insurance for life. Lastly, Vodafone Red plans provide benefits for the international travellers with unlimited free calls and data in 20 countries at a cost of just Rs.180 per day as an add-on pack.
