Looks like Vivo is working on a new phone under its Z-series, dubbed as Vivo Z5x. An Image showing battery test of the phone has been doing rounds on Weibo microblogging website.
In the image one can clearly see the battery having model number B-G7 with rated capacity listed as 4880mAh/18.78Wh, typical capacity listed as 5000mAh/19.25Wh and production date listed as April 25, 2019. Further, besides the battery, there is a phone named Z5x with punch-hole design. As of now, there is no information available regarding its design or specification of the upcoming smartphone from Vivo. However, we will update our reads as soon as we get more details on VivoZ5x.
Last month, Vivo launched Vivo Z3x smartphone under its Z-series in the Chinese market at a price tag of 1,198 Yuan and it comes in Red, Black, and Purple colour options. The has a 6.26-inch Full HD+ display with a screen resolution of 2280 x 1080 pixels, powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor, has 4GB of RAM, 64GB of internal storage, which can be further expanded via microSD card slot and runs on FunTouch OS 9 based on Android 9.0 Pie.
For optics, it is equipped with a dual-camera setup with a combination of 13-megapixel primary sensor and a 2-megapixel secondary sensor. For the front, it has a 16-megapixel shooter with an f/2.0 aperture. It houses a fingerprint sensor and it also supports face unlock feature. The phone gets its juices from a 3,260mAh battery and on the connectivity front, it supports 4G VoLTE, WiFi, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS, a USB-C port and a Headphone jack.
