Vivo iQOO Neo 4GB RAM variant spotted on TENAA

Vivo iQOO Neo is powered by Snapdragon 845 SoC coupled with up to 8GB of RAM and up to 128GB of storage.

Vivo iQOO Neo gaming smartphone was launched in China earlier this month. The phone currently comes in four storage variants – 6GB + 64GB, 6GB + 128GB, 8GB + 64GB and 8GB + 128GB. Now seems the company will launch a more affordable Vivo iQOO Neo smartphone with 4GB of RAM.

A 4GB variant of iQOO Neo with model number Vivo V1914T has been spotted on Chinese certification authority TENAA. The listing suggests a new model featuring 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage may soon debut in China.

Rest of the specifications of the smartphone will be the same as the existing Vivo iQOO Neo smartphone. To recall, Vivo iQOO Neo features a 6.38-inch FHD+ Super with a 19.5:9 aspect ratio. The phone equips a triple camera setup with a combination of a 12MP primary sensor with f/1.79, an 8MP f/2.2 ultra-wide-angle camera, and a 2MP f/2.4 depth sensor. On the front, the phone features a 12MP camera inside the notch.

Vivo iQOO Neo is powered by Snapdragon 845 coupled with up to 8GB of RAM and up to 128GB of storage. It features an in-display fingerprint scanner and there is support for face unlock too. It runs FunTouch OS 9 based on Pie and is backed up by a 4,500mAh battery supporting 22.5W technology.

The phone comes with vapor cooling technology for better heat management along with touch acceleration and more. It is backed by a 4D Game Shock 2.0 feature, to provide enhanced haptic feedback while playing popular games. There are multiple modes on board including Turbo, Center Turbo, Net turbo, Cooling Turbo, and Game Turbo.
