Luxury mobile phone brand, Vertu has launched another premium smartphone, named as Signature Touch. The smartphone will be available in stores globally from 16th October 2015. The company has not revealed the pricing of the handset, though price on request option is available.
Vertu Signature Touch features a 5.2-inch Full-HD (1080×1920 pixels) IPS display with pixel density of 428 ppi and 5th Generation solid sapphire crystal screen. It is powered by 64bit octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor paired with 4GB of RAM and and Adreno 430 GPU. The smartphone runs on Android 5.1 (Lollipop) operating system.
It comes with 64GB of internal storage which is further expandable up to 2TB via a microSD card. Vertu Signature Touch flaunts a 21-megapixel rear camera with phase detect autofocus and twin dual tone LED flash, and a 2.1-megapixel wide aperture front camera. The rear camera is capable of recording 4K resolution videos.
The smartphone is packed with a 3160 mAh Li-ion battery which claims to offer up-to 21 hous of talk-time and up-to 520 hours of standby time. The battery backed by Qualcomm Quick Charge2.0 feature and Qi Compatible Wireless Charging.
On the connectivity front, Vertu Signature Touch offers 4G LTE, NFC, Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Wi-Fi Hotspot, GPS/AGPS, Micro-USB and USB On-The-Go support. It handset measures 155x74x10.8mm and weighs between 226 grams.
