TVS NTorq 125 Scooter with Bluetooth connectivity launched in India for Rs 58,750

It will be available in Matte Yellow, Matte Green, Matte Red and Matte White colour options.

TVS Motor Company has today announced the launch of its top-of-the-line scooter that comes loaded with a SmartXonnect technology in India. Dubbed as TVS NTorq 125, the scooter is priced at Rs 58,750 (ex-showroom New Delhi) and it will be available in Matte Yellow, Matte Green, Matte Red and Matte White colour options.

The major highlight of the scooter is the new SmartXonnect technology, which basically connects user’s smartphone through a Bluetooth-enabled application. The scooter comes loaded with a fully-digital speedometer that boasts 55 features including navigation assist, in-built lap-timer, phone-battery strength display, last parked location assist, service reminder, top speed recorder, trip metre, engine oil temperature among others. The scooter also comes with two different modes such as Street and Sports.

Coming to the specifications, the TVS NTorq 125 scooter is powered by a new CVTi-REVV 124.79 cc single-cylinder, 4-stroke, 3-valve, air-cooled SOHC engine that gives you a power of about 9.3 bhp at 7,500 rpm and a peak torque of 10.5 Nm.The company claims that the scooter has a top speed of 95 km/h. The scooter has a fuel tank capacity of 5 litres. It has a ground clearance of 155mmm, kerb weight of 116.1 kg and wheelbase of 1285mm.

Coming to the design part, the scooter designed is inspired by a stealth aircraft. It comes loaded with a sharp tail lamp along with aggressively-styled headlamp cluster with Daytime Runnings Lights (DRL). Then there are diamond-cut alloy wheels and the scooter comes loaded with a 110 x 80 x 12 mm tubeless tyres along with the telescopic suspension. Other features include parking brakes, engine kill switch, dual-side steering lock, charger, pass by switch and disk brake at front.
