Popular free micro blogging and imaging website Tumblr has released a brand new upgrade for Android devices. This new upgrade finally brings support for bigger screen devices such as tablets. So now while blogging users will not be confined to the smaller screens of their smartphone devices, but can also and very easily utilize the bigger screen for better utility. The update has been released almost one and a half years after the application was officially announced for the Android application store.
Along with support for tablets the application has brought some nice changes to the design as well. It now supports better accessibility and the newly updated design aids getting around faster.
Despite the new upgrade and look the application remains the same at the core. It can be used to post anything; share photos, video, quotes, chats, links, and text with followers; and view and reply to messages right from within the application itself.
The application is available for Android devices and tablets now running Android version 2.2 and above, and can be downloaded or upgraded from the Google Play store.
