Afterlaunching TCL 520 smartphone in China recently, TCL has now announced the launch of two new smartphones, called TCL 950 and TCL 580 in China. The TCL 950 is priced at 3299 Yuan, which is approximately Rs 30,000 while the TCL 580 is priced at 1399 Yuan, which is approximately Rs 13,937. Both the smartphones comes in Gold and Silver color options.
The TCL 950 has a 5.5-inch full HD (1920 x 1080) display, a 2.15 GHz Snapdragon 820 processor, Adreno 530 GPU and 4GB RAM. It offers 64GB of internal storage, 128GB expandable storage via a micro SD card and a 3,000 mAh non-removable battery with Quick Charge 3.0 technology. There is also a fingerprint sensor at the back of the device.
The hybrid dual SIM based TCL 950 runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system and has gravity, proximity and light sensors. Besides, the phone is 153.9 mm tall and 6.9 mm thin and it weighs 165 grams. It has a 21-megapixel rear camera and an 8-megapixel front camera. The smartphone offers connectivity options like 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, A-GPS, and USM Type C.
The TCL 580 has 2.5D curved glass (dual) on display and well as on back panel with metal frame. The smartphone features a 5-inch HD AMOLED Display with resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels resolution and comes equipped with 1.5GHz octa-core MediaTek (MT6750) processor, paired with Mali T860 GPU. It comes with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage, with option to expand further via microSD card.
The TCL 580 smartphone flaunts 13-megapixel shooter with LED flash, f/2.0 Aperture and PDAF on its back. On its front, it has 5-megapixel selfie camera with LED flash. The smartphone also comes with fingerprint scanner which is integrated ( on the home button. This dual SIM phone comes packed with 2460mAh non-removable battery and runs on Android Marshmallow operating system. Besides, the smartphone offers 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Dual speakers GPS, A-GPS, and MicroUSB 2.0 port. The handset measures 144.5 x 69.2 x 7.05 mm and weighs 135 grams.
