Sony has scheduled its MWC event on February 25 in Barcelona as the company has started sending media invites to Russian and Italian media channels. The invite, however, does not reveal the name of the smartphone to be unveiled at the event, but it is highly expected that the Japanese tech giant will launch Sony Xperia XZ4 at the event.
Along with Sony Xperia XZ4, the company is also likely to launch Xperia XA3, Xperia XA3 Ultra and Xperia L3 smartphones. Sony announced various phones like Xperia XZ2, XZ2 Compact, XZ Premium and Xperia X at MWC 2018. Hence, it is very likely that the company might launch multiple smartphones on February 25.
As per earlier reports, Sony Xperia XZ4 will feature 6.55-inch QHD+ OLED HDR display with 21:9 aspect ratio. It will be powered by Snapdragon 855 SoC, 6GB of RAM, up to 256GB storage. The phone is said to have triple rear cameras, will run Android 9 Pie straight out the box and have a 3,900mAh battery with support for wireless charging.
Sony Xperia XA3 will likely feature a 5.9-inch full HD+ resolution notch-less screen with 18:9 aspect ratio. The phone will be powered by Snapdragon 660 chipset coupled with 4GB of RAM, 64GB of internal storage. It may be featuring 23-megapixel and 8-megapixel dual camera setup and front camera of 8-megapixel. The Xperia XA3 will reportedly be backed up by 3,600mAh battery and will run Android 9 Pie OS.
Sony Xperia XA3 Ultra will reportedly feature a 6.5-inch display with full HD+ resolution and 18:9 aspect ratio. It will also feature Snapdragon 660 processor. The phone might have 6GB of RAM and 13-megapixel front camera. It is rumoured to be backed up by 3,700mAh battery.
Sony Xperia L3 will come with a 5.7-inch 18:9 aspect ratio display. It is rumoured to be powered by the Snapdragon 660 Octa-Core SoC coupled with 3GB RAM. The phone will have a dual rear camera setup of 13 MP + 5 MP sensors and a 8MP front camera.
