Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2017) launched with 8-inch display and 5000 mAh battery

The Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2017) has an 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, f/1.9 aperture, auto-focus and a 5-megapixel front camera.

Samsung has announced a new tablet under Galaxy series, the Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2017), in Vietnam. The Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2017) is priced at VND 6,490,000, which roughly translates to $285 or approximately Rs 18,200 and it will be available for sale from retail stores across the country.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2017) features a metal unibody design and has an 8-inch (1280 x 800 pixels) IPS display. It comes with 7.1 Nougat operating system and is powered by a 1.4 GHz Snapdragon 425 quad core processor. There is 2 of RAM in the tablet with 16 GB of internal storage. The tablet also has an expandable storage slot that can carry a micro card of up to 256 GB.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2017) has an 8-megapixel rear camera with flash, f/1.9 aperture, auto-focus and a 5-megapixel front camera. For connectivity, it offers LTE, 4.2, WiFi, GPS, USB Type C, GPS, and 3.5mm jack. Sensor includes acceleration and hall sensors. The tablet, which measures 212.1 x 124.1 x 8.9mm and weighs 364 grams, has a 5,000 battery which claims to offer up to 36 hours of and 15hours of usage on over LTE or Wifi.

Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2017) comes in Black and Gold colours. Currently, there is no information about the launch of the tablet in global markets.
