Samsung had launched a new variant of the famous Galaxy S8+ with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage earlier this month at Rs 74,990. Now starting today, the smartphone is available for purchase on Flipkart and Samsung Shop. The new variant comes in Midnight Black colour.
Rest of the specifications largely remains the same, which means that it features a 6.2-inch Quad-HD Infinity display with a screen Resolution of 2960 x 1440 pixels and an aspect ratio of 18:9. The device is powered by the latest Exynos 8895 Chipset which is an Octa-Core Processor clocked at 2.3 GHz.
On the camera front, the Galaxy S8+ is equipped with a 12-megapixel rear camera with Dual Pixel technology and Aperture f/1.7 and an 8-megapixel front-facing camera with smart Autofocus and aperture f/1.7.MP F1.7 Smart autofocus front camera.
It runs on the latest Android 7.0 Nougat and is juiced up by a 3500mAh battery with fast charging on wired and wireless. On the connectivity front, the smartphone supports Bluetooth 5.0, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, USB Type-C, GPS, GLONASS and 4G LTE. The Samsung Galaxy S8+ measures 159.5 x 73.4 x 8.1 mm and 173g.
