Samsung Galaxy Note 9 to launch in India on August 22: Report

The Galaxy Note 9 with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage will be available for Rs 67,900, while the 8GB RAM with 512GB storage comes with a price tag of Rs 84,900. The pre-orders will be up till August 21.

Samsung is reportedly set to launch its latest flagship device, the Galaxy Note 9, in India on August 22.

As per a report by IANS, the company is planning to an event in the country during the said date. The brand has already begun taking the pre-order of its latest flagship device and has revealed the price of its different variants as well.

To start with, the Galaxy Note 9 with 6GB of and 128GB of internal storage will be available for Rs 67,900, while the 8GB RAM with 512GB storage comes with a price tag of Rs 84,900. The pre-orders will be up till August 21. The company has already revealed that customers opting for Galaxy Note 9 will get a chance to buy Gear Sports smartwatch for Rs 4,499. Apart from this, the phone will be available on Amazon and Flipkart as well. Users can avail no-cost EMI, Rs 6,000 cashback on HDFC Bank cards and Paytm Mall.

Apart from this, the phone will be also available on Airtel Online Store at a down payment of Rs 7,900. Users have to pay Rs 2,999 per month for 24 months for the latest phone and they will get 100GB data, unlimited calls, one year of Amazon Prime membership, free subscription of Airtel and Wynk Music.

To recall, the Galaxy Note 9 was unveiled during an Unpacked event in New York on August 09, 2018. The smartphone features a 6.4-inch QHD+ Super AMOLED display. India will get the company’s in-house Exynos 9810 SoC in the latest phone. Further, Galaxy Note 9 features 6GB/8GB of RAM with 128GB/512GB storage, with an option to expand storage up to 1TB via micro card slot.
