Samsung Galaxy J7 Perx with Android Nougat launched

The smartphone is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 2.2GHz octa-core processor with Adreno 506 GPU.

The Samsung Galaxy J7 2017 which was made official last month at Verizon store as Samsung Galaxy J7V has now been launched at mobile carrier Sprint as Samsung Galaxy J7 Perx. Sprint is now selling it as Samsung Galaxy J7 Perx for $265 which is approximately Rs 17,085. The smartphone is available for and is priced at $11 per month for 24 months.

The smartphone is expected to arrive at Boost and Virgin as Galaxy J7 Perx only, while it will arrive on TracFone as Galaxy J7 Sky Pro. The Samsung Galaxy J7 2017 had earlier surfaced on FCC and WiFi certification site last month as well as Indian export and import site Zauba for INR 13,688.

Talking about some key specifications, the Samsung Galaxy J7 Perx comes with a 5.5-inch (720 x 1280 pixels) 2.5D glass display. It is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 2.2 GHz octa-core processor along with Adreno 506 GPU. The smartphone has 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage which can be further expanded to 256GB via a micro SD card. The device runs on 7.0 Nougat operating system and packs in a 3,300 battery with Quick Charge 3.0 technology.

The Samsung Galaxy J7 Perx has an 8-megapixel camera with flash and a 5-megapixel front camera. This dual SIM smartphone also offers GPS/A-GPS, WiFi, 4.0 and a microUSB 2.0 port.
