Samsung Galaxy A90 to be reportedly powered by Snapdragon 7150 SoC

Galaxy A90 will feature the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7150 SoC, however, Qualcomm has not launched this chipset yet.

Samsung has scheduled a launch event on April 10 where it will introduce new Galaxy A series of smartphones. One of the expected devices is the Samsung Galaxy A90 which has already been a subject of leaks and rumours now.

The latest leak comes from Sudhanshu Ambhore, and it shows the screen protector of the Galaxy A90. This screen protector does not have a cutout for the notch, reaffirming that the display of the Galaxy A90 will be completely notch-less. As per the leaked screen protector, the phone will have extremely slim bezels all around, and a marginally thick bezel at the bottom.

Alongside, a well-known tipster Ice Universe has also leaked some key information on the Galaxy A90 on Weibo. As per him, Galaxy A90 will feature the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7150 SoC, however, Qualcomm has not launched this yet.

Galaxy A90 was recently leaked on Samsung Indonesia website, revealing its notch-less display. The phone is expected to feature a battery with a capacity of 3,610mAh. While it can’t be confirmed yet, it’s now likely that the A90 will feature a smaller battery than the 4,000mAh power unit on the Galaxy A50, A30 and A20.

As per rumours, the Samsung Galaxy A90 is expected to feature a 6.41-inch display. It will be powered by the Snapdragon 710 chipset coupled with 6GB or 8GB of and 128GB of inbuilt storage. It is likely to run on One UI based on Pie.
