Reliance Jio has announced a 70 per cent buyback plan on the newly launched Samsung Galaxy S9+. This is really a great deal for those who wanted to have the latest smartphone.
But that’s not all. The operator has also announced that the buyers will get huge 700 GB complementary data on recharges. Only the Indian version of the S9+, purchased after March 16, 2018, are eligible for this offer.
Also note that to get that complimentary data, you need to recharge for Rs 4,999 which comes with 360 days validity and offers 350 GB of data. So in total, you will get 1050 GB of data for a year.

Coming to the buyback offer, customers will be eligible to get 70 per cent of the invoice excluding taxes.
Only the 256 GB model of Samsung Galaxy S9+ is eligible for the offer. This handset is priced at Rs 72,900. Both new and existing subscribers of Jio can avail this offer for which you need to buy the handset from Samsung stores or from Reliance Digital, Jio.com or Jio stores.
You have to do a minimum recharge of Rs 2,500 in a year for this offer. Also, customers need to enroll in the buyback programm for a fee of Rs 500.
Jio will give the buyback amount in the form of Buyback Voucher after 12 months from the activation of Jio SIM on S9+.
After 12 months, the customer will have to surrender the S9+, its box, all the accessories, and, the original invoice at Reliance Digital Store to avail the Buyback Voucher.
You have to redeem this Buyback Voucher within three months from the date of its availment else it will be forfeited.
Samsung recently launched the Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+ in India. Both the smartphones will be available from March 16 and both of them comes in Midnight Black, Lilac Purple, and Titanium Gray colour options. Customers can pre-book the device at select retail stores, Samsung’s official website and on Flipkart and Airtel Online Stores. The Samsung Galaxy S9 with 64GB storage option is priced at Rs 57,900, while the 256GB option comes with a price tag of Rs 65,900. The Galaxy S9+ is priced at Rs 64,900 for the 64GB storage variant, while the 256GB option is available at a price of Rs 72,900.
