Xiaomi is going to launch Redmi Note 7 in India on February 28. Now ahead of the launch, ‘Notify Me’ option on Flipkart has gone live for the Redmi Note 7.
Interested customers can select the ‘Notify Me’ option on the e-commerce website after which they will be notified about all the updates related to the launch, availability, pricing, offers and more. The company has already been teasing the launch of the smartphone on its social media platforms with a big number 7.
The Redmi Note 7 was launched in China last month in three variants – 3GB RAM priced at 999 Yuan which is approx. Rs 10,380, 4GB RAM for 1199 Yuan which is approx. 12,459 and 6GB RAM is priced at 1399 Yuan which is approx. Rs 14,537. In India, Xiaomi is likely to launch only the 3GB RAM + 32GB storage and 4GB RAM + 64GB storage variants. It will come in Red, Black, and Blue colour variants.
The Redmi Note 7 features a 6.3-inch full-HD+ (1080×2340 pixels) 2.5D curved glass display with 19.5:9 aspect ratio, 450 nits brightness, 84 percent NTSC colour gamut and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. The device is the first Note phone from Xiaomi to come with a waterdrop notch display
It is powered by the 2.2GHz Snapdragon 660 octa-core SoC coupled with Adreno 512 GPU. It has 3GB, 4GB, and 6GB RAM options and internal storage options as 32GB and 64GB options. The storage space can be expanded further up to 256GB via microSD card.

For the camera department, the Redmi Note 7 is equipped with a dual camera setup with one 48-megapixel Sony IMX586 sensor with LED flash and f/1.8 Aperture and another 5-megapixel sensor for depth information. Up front, there is a 13-megapixel selfie sensor as well.
The smartphone runs on MIUI 10 based on Android Pie and is backed up by a 4,000mAh battery with Quick Charge 4 support. Connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth Wi-Fi, USB Type-C port and 3.5mm audio jack.
